TinyPNG Now is a free, browser-based image optimization tool that allows users to compress, resize, and convert image files including PNG, JPG, WebP, and HEIC formats. All processing is performed locally within the user's browser. No image data is transmitted to any server.

The service is provided as-is, free of charge, with no account or registration required.

3. Permitted Use

You are permitted to use TinyPNG Now for:

• Commercial projects and client work
• Website performance optimization
• Batch processing of image libraries
• Educational and research purposes
• Any lawful image processing task

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use TinyPNG Now to:

• Process images that contain illegal content including but not limited to child sexual abuse material
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the tool
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the tool in a way that disrupts normal use for others
• Misrepresent the origin or ownership of processed images
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

5. Intellectual Property

TinyPNG Now, including its design, code, and content, is the intellectual property of Obisko Marketing. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the tool or its underlying code without explicit written permission.

Images processed through TinyPNG Now remain the sole property of the user who uploaded them. We make no claim over any content processed through the tool.

6. No Warranty

TinyPNG Now is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The results of image compression will meet your specific requirements
• The service will be compatible with all browsers or devices
• Any errors in the service will be corrected

Your use of TinyPNG Now is at your sole risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Obisko Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use TinyPNG Now. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to your device. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed zero dollars, as the service is provided free of charge.

These libraries are governed by their own respective licenses and terms. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third party CDN providers.

9. Availability and Downtime

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue TinyPNG Now at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the tool available and functional but make no guarantees of uptime or availability.

10. Modifications to Terms
